TIO ROSALIO'S SANGRIA
Description

Demian's Uncle Rosalio is proud of his recipe reflecting more of the Michoacán style of this Spanish favorite.  He serves it in big Mexican chabela glasses (that look like thick oversized wine glasses).  This layered sangria is only stirred by the drinker, not the maker.
