GIN-GIN MULE
Description
This modern classic cocktail has been inducted into the Mixology Hall of Fame as well as featured on drinks menus the world over.
Ingredients
¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup (1-1 sugar to water)
2 mint sprigs (1 for muddling; 1 for garnish)
1 oz Homemade Ginger Beer
1 ¾ oz TANQUERAY Gin
Methods/steps
Measure lime juice, simple syrup, and mint into a mixing glass. Muddle well.
Add gin, ginger beer, and ice.
Shake well, and strain into a highball glass.
Garnish: Mint Sprig, lime wheel & Candied Ginger.
Serve with long straws
Additional Tips
This is also great substituting the gin with bourbon and the lime with grapefruit juice.
