The very beautiful and graceful Erik Lorincz created this cocktail for a Bacardi cocktail competition. He was inspired by a trip to Cuba and the folks living and enjoying life along the Malecon there. Since we enjoy our Malecon here in La Paz, we wanted to share his recipe with you.

Ingredients
50ml Bacardi white rum
15ml Smithwood port wine 10yo
10ml Don Jose Oloroso sherry
30ml Lime juice
2 bar spoon Caster sugar
3 drops Peyshaud's Bitters

Methods/steps
Shake all ingredients over large ice cubes, and fine-strain into a crystal coupette.
Garnish with a large crystal clear ice cube.
