ABSINTHE CARGO
Description
A dessert cocktail created by Aleš Olasz while at Montgomery Place bar in London.
Ingredients
1 ¼ ounces absinthe
¾ ounce Cherry Heering
3 large spoons of lemon frozen yoghurt (more or less to your taste)
Methods/steps
Shake with no ice until frozen yoghurt has melted.
Pour into chilled cocktail glass.
