BOURBON CIDER FIZZ
Description
From our friend Jessica Stingo who is co-owner of a restaurant called Flatiron in Red Hook, New York with her husband Craig as chef.
Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Bulleit bourbon
splash of lemon juice
1oz apple cider
1/2 oz cream
1 egg white
eye drop of orange liquor
tb. sugar
club soda
splash of lemon juice

Methods/steps
Shake egg white to emulsify. Then pour all ingredients in shaker tin with ice and shake really hard for at least 30 seconds. Pour into tall glass and top with club soda.
