Our method of tasting differs depending on whether we are tasting wine, whiskey, beer, tea, coffee, etc.  We often prefer to taste first thing in the morning when the palates are fresh; however, we may also taste with food.  Tastebuds are pretty much numb after tasting a few different things so we don't sit down with a gazillion bottles to taste like most reviewers.  If we think appropriate, we may taste the same product in a variety of ways, even over a few days.  We do not receive pay for any reviews posted.  We don't make up bullshit to say we don't receive pay then behind the scenes accept "consultation fees" for tasting notes or for "flavor analyzation" or whatever else we could trick you with.  Our reviews may be too text heavy for the modern brain.  If you prefer flashy stars, 100 point scales, thumbs up/down, or even smiley/frowny faces, you won't find it here.  If you send us product, we will mention that we received a free sample.  If we bought it, we'll tell you.  If we've been on a paid trip to visit a winery, distillery, or whatever and then review a product from it, we'll come clean.  We ain't got nothin' to hide.
